When I got Skylar I hadn't had a dog in twenty years. I never thought I had time for a dog. As soon as I bought her I thought "What have I done!" But let me tell you I have never regretted it. Skylar was the best purchase I've ever made and it got me hooked on Australian Shepherds. Skylar has been a great companion. Our vet says that Skylar has the nicest personality of any Australian Shepherd he's seen. She is very friendly and loving. She is also smart as a tack. She has a strong herding instinct, needs very little repetition to learn, and is very willing to please, especially if she'll get a belly rub afterwards! |
